The mysterious thing about them is that they arrived, frozen solid, in a block of ice......we are trying to find out what happened to them, and wrote a letter to Santa, asking him did he know....

Our Woodland Walk
We went for a lovely stroll through our woodland walk. We read a story and sang some songs in our "outdoor Classroom". We saw lots of different trees and found nuts and berries. We saw a young oak tree that had grown from an acorn!!! And we discovered evidence that we have squirrels in the woods as they left some broken acorns on the ground...... super detectives in Cloghroe school.....
Everyone wore red to school today to wish the Cork camogie team the very best of luck in the All-Ireland final on Sunday. Corcaigh abú!!!
Our School Vegetable Garden
We went to visit our school vegetable garden today. There were lots of onions, beetroot, spinach, kale and other vegetables. There was also some fruit. Unfortunately, the blackbirds ate most of our apples, so we only have two!!! We saw some cabbage butterflies, some caterpillars, bees and other insects. Thank you Mr. Keady.
Settling into school
