Sciath na Scol

Huge congratulations to the Cloghroe N.S. girl’s camogie team who beat St. Catherine’s in Pairc Ui Rinn yesterday in the final of Sciath na Scol, 6-3 to 3-2. The girls put on a terrific performance & fought hard for every ball. They defended well and took every opportunity at scoring. Pupils from the school turned out in big numbers to support their school. It was a wonderful victory and well deserved. A big thank you to all the girls for their commitment, & hard training and a special thank you to teachers Miss. Lisa O’Connor and Miss Deirdre Coomey who trained them.
