Saturday, 7th March
1st Race 7:30pm!
We’re delighted to announce that St. Senan’s N.S. is hosting a “Night at the Dogs”, on Saturday, March 7th, at Curraheen Park Greyhound Stadium, (T12 HNP4) as part of our fundraiser “Stop, Drop and Go – For a Safer Cloghroe (The Final Phase)”, in aid of the Joint School & Church Carpark.
Thanks to the tremendous efforts over the years from the local community, the parents, the school and the staff, we have over €300,000 safely secured in our fundraising account. We estimate our new “Stop, Drop and Go” system could cost approximately €600,000. We are already half way there!
The “Night at the Dogs” promises to be a great social night out for all the family, and we’d love as much support as possible on the night. Doors open at 6:30pm and the 1st Race is at 7:30pm approx.
Tickets will be available at €10 per adult. Children under 16 are free. Tickets will be available from our school office and on-line.
There will also be a raffle on the night, with some fantastic prizes to be won.
How you can support the night?
There will be 11 races on the night, and we are looking for sponsors for each race:

- Race sponsorship: €1,000
We understand that a full race sponsorship isn’t possible for everyone, so there are also other ways to support the event:
- Race card advertisement: €250 per advertisement
- Sponsor or nominate a dog: €50 per dog (ideal for families).
- Raffle (donations of prizes welcome)
