Cork Camogie Al-Ireland winners visit Cloghroe N.S.

Past pupil, Niamh McCarthy and captain, Rena Buckley who both played in the All-Ireland Senior Camogie fianl on Sunday, 10th September, visited our school. After beating Kilkenny and becoming All-Ireland champions, they proudly brought the O'Duffy Cup along with them.

To honour our past pupils, Niamh McCarthy and Lauren Homan, who will play in this Sunday's All-Ireland Senior Camogie fianl, as well as 17 time All-Ireland winner, Rena Buckley (of Inniscarra Camogie Club), who captains the team, we are holding a red and white day on Thursday 7th September.
