Comenius Team Travel to Manchester

In June 2014 teachers from Cloghroe N.S. visited All Saints Primary School, Manchester as part of the Comenius project. The mobility enabled us to exchange pen pal letters, acquire a new school mascot named Fergie and expand our range of teaching methodologies. Teachers from Cloghroe N.S. had the opportunity to explore the English education system, visit and observe lessons in every classroom and plan several exciting projects which will begin in September. Pupils in Cloghroe N.S. can look forward to completing projects such creating a European cookery book and participating in skype sessions with our European friends.
