All-Ireland Inaugural U-17 Hurling Cup

Past pupils Owen McCarthy and Con O'Leary visited their "alma mater", Cloghroe NS on Wednesday September 6th, with the All-Ireland Inaugural U-17 Hurling Cup, which Cork won. Owen told the children, that he never thought the day would come when he would stand in front of his old school, with an All-Ireland Cup. Principal Ms Dineen, congratulated both boys and said they were a credit to their club Inniscarra and to their county. She wished them well in the County Minor Final as well.
